Violence against animals is repugnant and morally wrong. To encourage Romanians to brutalise dogs is repugnant to citizens of the EU member states. As a citizen of the UK I am outraged and I have made formal representations to my MEP. I understand that OMC is the mechanism to enforce co- ordination of reasonable standards of behaviour in the EU and I shall insist on it.

Violence against animals is linked to violence against humans!
Wholesale state violence against dogs is encouraging a violent society. Romanian politicians must understand that and stop it.
