International Olympic Committee banned several countries based on arbitrary criteria

YouTube’s Official Olympic Channel of the International Olympic Committee blocked the videos for several countries, including Romania, an active member country with many participants at the 2012 Summer Olympic Games, London, as you can see from the image.
