Părţile componente ale unei scrisori

A letter consists of a number of parts, each of which is essential to the letter, or contributes in some way to its impact on the recipient. We may list them as follows :

1. the letterhead
2. the references
3. the date
4. the inside name and address
5. the salutation
6. the subject heading
7. the opening paragraph
8. the body of the letter
9. the closing paragraph
10. the complimentary close
11. the signature
12. enclosures and copies

O scrisoare constă dintr-o serie de elemente, fiecare dintre acestea fiind esenţială sau contribuind într-o măsură  sau alta la  influenţarea destinatarului. Aceste elemente pot fi ordonate astfel:

1. antetul
2. referinţe
3. data
4. numele şi adresa destinatarului
5. formula de adresare
6. titlul rezumând scopul scrisoii
7. paragraful iniţial
8. cuprinsul scrisorii
9. paragraful de încheiere
10. formula de încheiere
11. semnătura
12. anexe şi copii
