Nature of the complaint

1. We are sorry to have to tell you that the goods

arrived in a bad condition.
ewre damage in transport.

2. To our surprise we found that

one case (the cases) contained… instead of…
the contents do not agree with the delivery note.
many (most) were cracked (damaged).

3. We stipulated that they should be… but found that

5. Several boxes were broken and the contents
damaged.
6. Many sacks were torn and part of the contents was
missing.
7. The goods were

so badly packed
damaged to such an extent

that a large part has become unfit for sale.

1.Regretăm că trebuie să vă spunem că marfa

a sosit în condiţii proaste
a fost deteriorată în timpul transportului
nu este corespunzătoare pentru momentul actual
nu corespunde mostrelor/condiţiilor stipulate în comandă.

2. Spre surprinderea noastră am constatat că

o cutie (cutiile) conţineau.., în loc de…
conţinutul nu corespunde cu nota de livrare
multe (cele mai multe) erau sparte (deteriorate)

3. Am stipulat ca ele (ei) să fie…dar am constatat că erau…
4. ….lipseau/erau sub (peste) greutatea prescrisă (prevăzută).
5. Câteva cutii erau rupte iar conţinutul era deteriorat.
6. Mulţi saci erau rupţi şi lipsea parte din conţinut.
7. Mărfurile au fost

atât de prost ambalate
atât de deteriorate)

încât o mare parte din ele nu mai este corespunzăt
