1. I am proposing to visit… and… and should be grateful if you could recommend to me hotels in these towns.
2. I should be most grateful for your help in obtaining hotel accommodation for my wife and myself. We require a double room with bathroom from Thursday, 29th March, to the morning of Sunday, 1st April. We have been recommended the… and… hotels and should be gratefull if you would make the reservation in whichever seems to you the most suitable.
3. My wife and I intend to spend a few days at… arriving on the 3rd of June. I shall be glad to know whether you can reserve a room for us, if possible with private bathroom. Please let me also know your charges.
4. Would you please let us know whether your hotel can accommodate 18 members of our staff in single or twin bedded rooms for 5 days from the 9th of May? If you cannot accommodate all of them, will you please tell us how many you can take?
5. Would you please let me know what your terms are for a single/double/twin-bedded room with private bath ?

1. Urmează să vizitez ….şi ….şi v-aş fi recunoscător dacă aţi putea să-mi recomandaţi nişte hoteluri în aceste oraşe.
2. V-aş fi cât se poate de recunoscător dacă m-aţi ajuta să obţin cazare la hotel pentru mine şi soţie. Avem nevoie de o cameră cu pat dublu şi baie, începând de joi, 29 martie până dimineaţa de duminică, 1 aprilie. Ni s-au recomandat hotelurile….şi v-am fi recunoscători dacă aţi face rezervarea la hotelul care vi se pare cel mai convenabil.
3. Soţia mea şi cu mine intenţionăm să petrecem câteva zile la….unde vom sosi la 3 iunie. Aş fi bucuros să ştiu dacă ne puteţi rezerva o cameră cu baie proprie dacă este posibil. Vă rog să-mi comunicaţi şi tarofele dumneavoastră.
4.Vă rugăm să fiţi amabil şi să ne comunicaţi dacă hotelul dumneavoastră poate caza 18 membri ai personalului nostru în camere cu un pat şi două paturi pentru 5 zile începând de la 9 ani. Dacă nu-i puteţi caza pe toţi vă rugăm să ne comunicaţi câte locuri puteţi asigura.
5. Sunteţi amabil să-mi comunicaţi tarifele dumneavoastră pentru o cameră cu un pat/ un pat dublu/două paturi cu baie proprie?
