The inside name and address

Numele şi adresa destinatarului

At the top a letter, below the references and the date, the secretary types the ,,inside name and address”. This is the name and address of the person to whom the letter is to be sent : the addressee.

A typical address could be :

Mr. T. Williamson
67 Camside
Church Street
Chesterton
CAMBRIDGE
CB4 1 PQ

The name and address is typed in exactly the same way as on the envelope, in single spacing, with the town typed in capital letters. Each part of the address is writ­ten on a new line, including the postcode.

În partea de sus a scrisorii, sub referinte şi dată, secretara dactilografiază numele şi adresa destinatarului, adică ale persoanei căreia urmează să-i fie trimisă scrisoarea: adresantul.

O adresă tipică arată astfel:

Numele si adresa sunt dactilografiate la fel ca pe plic la un rând, iar numele oraşului este scris cu majuscule. Fiecare element al adresei este scris pe un rând nou inclusiv codul poştal.
